Just a blip? ... out the Cup and dropping points in the League...

Liverpool looked like cruising to the title but it's gone a bit Pete Tong recently... who thinks they'll still win it ... and if not them, who?

 

I hope they win it because the alternative is Arsenal.

 

A defining week for Liverpool as they’ve got both City and Newcastle up next. I think if they come out of this period with 3 draws then they should be able to get it across the line.

 

I can't really see anyone stopping Liverpool lifting the title, eight points clear of their nearest challenger, albeit Arsenal do have a game in hand.

I have no preference out of the two who wins it.

 

They'd have to have a mini collapse for us to catch them, but it's not impossible.

If we actually had some strikers, I'd be more a bit more confident, but I don't think we can rely on Merino to get us out of jail each week until the end of the season,.

 

I'd take Arsenal over Liverpool any day.
Even as a Chelsea fan and the whole London rivals thing.....deffo Arsenal.
The only London clubs I hate and never want to see win anything are Spurs, QPR and West Ham.

 

City away next so there is opportunity but you have difficulty games coming as well.

 

I would normally say arsenal over pool but they have arteta and pinkie so i would like an extra tight race but pool to take it

 

In other news, who is beating RM in the Champions League. As bad a City are, that was a really dominant performance from RM.

 

They've had a poor CL campaign so far but none of that matters same with us coming top it means nothing in this new format. We've avoided a 2 leg game which is decent reward but as far as winning it goes we're certainly not favourites.

Yeah wouldn’t be surprised to see Inter do very well this year.

If I had to put a bet on right now, I’d stick my money on Madrid just because of their history and Mbappe hitting form at the right time.

 

So we either get PSG or Benfica in the next round.
