Another reason to avoid. Went with them once and ended up switching elsewhere within the “exclusive” period. They were so useless they didn’t even bother charging the exit fee, such was the level of incompetence.

 

Anyone got any idea when the train station might open again please? Daughter currently stuck waiting at Doncaster and warned that it might not be before 10!
