    One of the best bands of all time. I find it very strange that they had very little success outside the UK.

    I'm now four weeks off the snouts. I've gone from 35 a day to nothing. It's been tough, especially in the mornings with my coffee, but it was time to take notice of the doctor's orders. With a bit of luck, I'll live on for a few extra years.

    Stick with it Ponders, it gets easier. Eventually you won’t even think about it.

    Hardest think I ever did, getting off the ***s, but definitely worth it.
