Leicester City have, along with other current PL clubs, celebrated centenaries in recent years. For at least 80% of your existence, you’ve had exactly the same opportunities as those who you constantly whine about. It’s really not Utd, Arsenal, Liverpool etc. fault that you’ve not capitalised on this.
Oh yeah, I’ve just read up about it. 1961 it was abolished just when Liverpool were bankrolled and became relevant as a football club. They must have bribed the chin.
... yes mate - Leicester is the same size as London, Liverpool and Manchester ... and the only ****ers whining about clubs spending ... are the fans of those clubs that have spent the most historically... and now you...
Strong Desmond potential this afternoon. Not backed it in the early game which would’ve been exciting.
Nobody said it wasn't fair - indeed personally, I'd encourage it ... for every club that can afford it ... whatever their source of funding - will encourage the very best players to come here ...
No mate - it's simply equal opportunities... and entertainment - if Chelsea and Citeh hadn't got minted, we'd have very likely had the same two clubs that dominated the 80s and 90s winning everything until now - apart from the glorious 2015-16 season of course - which is precisely why it is the fans of those clubs who whinge the most at the success of the new kids on the block ...
Course he is - United and Liverpool fans obviously won't agree ... and neither will Gutsy... coz it's me posting it
What Leicester did is the only impressive success in decades of the sport. They were then punished for it and got relegated.
Mate - everybody knows their place in football - you more than most All I want to see for the remainder of my footballing spectatorship is my club attempting to play entertaining attacking football... and if I'm not watching my club, then others doing the same - but will I love it if a club like Bournemouth get top 4 and push an established nose out? - too ****ing right - even if their success is short lived because the vultures are already circling ...
It's never been equal opportunities - the best players follow the money - the more money the better chance of success ... the more clubs willing (able) to pay, then the more competitive the league ...
