Made a salsa to go with the chicken.

 

Celery and spring onion and olive oil.

 

Lotsa salt n pepper and some bread on the side

getting smashed

 

The dodgy looking bit is just some celery that got a lot of the bottom of the pan.

My local now serving these fancy wines from the wine tasting night, the owners didn't want to serve the usual crap pub wines so they did that night as an introduction and there's some great wines now being served.
I'm not going to drink it often tbh it's rather have a beer in a pub but Mrs luv is very happy with the whites they now serve.
