Not disagreeing, but my opinion (at amateur level) has always been, you get fit to play football, you don't play football to get fit.

 

And then the subsidy reduced the price to £2 so all East yorks bus journeys were that price. Stagecoach city buses were at that time £1.60 or 80ish from the estates to the city center but used the opportunity to raise prices to the £2 Now the level of subsidy has been reduced but the price of £3 is still much less than the regular price of an East Yorks service. Stagecoach took the opportunity to raise prices again (bastards) if I go to town now with wife and two big kids it's £12 each way. Cheaper to get a taxi and even less to take my own car.
