Chelsea have the 6th biggest revenue, so they're doing about right. It's all very predictable, within a 3 place margin of error.

Apart from 2 badly run clubs.

Let's hope the good results continue with Leicester getting something vs Artetas flat track bullies.

You’d need Old Scrotum Face and the Glazers to fund a spends race with us though, so good luck with that…

The Glazers won't be funding a thing pal, they just take.

I'm more than happy with the way things are being done, and that we are having to cut our cloth accordingly.

If the only carrot you lot can dangle is doubling wages, because no player would go there otherwise, so be it.

No it isn't.

I never mentioned transfer fees, that has always been there and, just as a wee reminder, Man City were doing it before anyone else with the first three million pound transfers in Francis, Daly and Reeves, in case you'd conveniently forgotten. Or in the case of plenty on here, never knew anyway.

So, yes 'big clubs' spend big on transfers, as does everyone. It's the ability to offer unrestricted wages by club's that are ran by oil emirates that would be the problem.

They have a literally bottomless pit that no one else can compete with, so if it is allowed to be unrestricted there will only be two clubs left competing, as they'll be offering every decent player double the money that can be offered elsewhere by anyone else.

So no, it's not always been the ****ing same.

@Fosse, you need to get yourself some this mate, you’ve just been burned <laugh>

He's desperate for a move to a proper club.

Yet it is worth noting that Newcastle's confidence in keeping Isak for at least another season is based not just on a contract that extends into the summer of 2028 but also their own, much improved PSR position.22 hours ago

Nothing better than waking up and seeing fosse ragdolled again.

It's almost bullying at this point<laugh>

Just the last few years but you'll get the picture

Ah OK, football only existed the last few years, gotcha.

I also literally said in my post to Fosse that currently we are one of the them, undeniably.

It just hasn't always been the case, like forever, as he posted (yet again).

You're a pair of ****ing morons, I don't know why I bother trying to converse with you both when you just pluck **** off twitter and state it as truth.

Ha ha, of course not.

You never heard the phrase 'you win nothing with kids'?

Never heard of things like the Busby Babes?

This is piss easy mate, now toodle off and look it all up because no, the team that 'spends most' doesn't always win.

There are plenty of times when clubs have out spent the best squad out there and failed.

We are currently one of them, but that doesn’t mean that previously we've had successful squads and been out spent by others, loads of times.

But do feel free to continue crying that clubs have won more than you because it's all down money and it not being fair, but nothing to do with your club just being largely ****e.
