I don't understand why Smyth is dropped, he's been one of our best attacking outlets. Or is it tactical to let him come on in the second half and run the rams round in circles?

Suspect it’s a bit of a rest, from what I’ve seen it wouldn’t do him any harm, probably the most active player on the team, he’s been playing a lot. Depending on how it’s going I wouldn’t be surprised to see him later in the game.

Came to the ground earlier than usual. Very pleasant walk through Uxbridge/Ellerslie Road. It remains a magical place but even more at night.

Still don’t fancy us. Just not a great gut feeling but then I felt similarly for Blackburn.

Keep the dream alive if we win this and get at least something at Pompey. Lose today and it’s just the bliss of 16th to look forward to for 11 weeks or so.

Nice one Dave

Team looks good but the Korean lad, Chair and Saito feels kind of lightweight all up front

Regardless, these games at home we really need to turn up for and put a shift in

Good luck to all those going tonight

Up the R's

Taken a few knocks recently and started every game for a some time. Not the worst move as much as I love him and brought roses to throw for him in the second half.

Perhaps the young boy will bless us with a corner that goes somewhere near the goal.

A very flat performance so far, any momentum is soon stopped by passing it backwards. Frey, our furthest man forwards has spent most of his time in our half.
