Possibly, it depends on the full ruling on APT. It's clear that without APT the new SCR rules weren't worth voting for Today, so go figure. One thing I've learned about Masters is that no matter what happens he downplays defeats and kicks the can down the road, but they never win anything legally. His plan was to get SCR voted in Today and because of legal challenges he has failed.
They're feeling the heat. If they weren't worried and as confident as they make out then they would've voted in SCR Yesterday.
The clubs that brought these rules in will be ****ting themselves. They voted to bring these rules in and can be sued for loss.
The PL new they'd lost and that's why they lied and hurried through a new set of rules because they will now need to be challenged.. I was of the understanding that this means APT2 is ****ed also though. Myself and a few others called that one at the time. The net is closing in though.. The PL is ****ed.
So… no new rules and current rules unlawful…. So no rules at all now in place? Big incoming sponsorship deals methinks. This is why it’s been quiet.
The PL is claiming the new rules are valid and lawful... They really are a bunch of turds. They lied and quickly voted in new rules and now bare face lies again.
Yep as predicted! The worms quickly rushed through another vote and now we have to wait on those being defeated.
If something is found to be illegal and null and void, a ****ing amendment to said illegal rule means jack ****. Masters is ****ing bat **** crazy and wasting millions in legal fees. ****ing moron.
APT 2 will be ruled unlawful. They applied a blue pencil test to sections of rules that as a totality are unlawful. They are ****ting themselves. As are the 14 clubs that voted for them.
