Not sure it does - Trafford's last experience of staying with Burnley when they went up was a disaster. I think it'll purely come down to price for him or Kelleher. Both are an upgrade, but will come at a premium. I've no idea if they're that much better than some of these cheaper, young foreign names I've seen banded around.
