What has that got to do with anything? These people got their fair trial as is their right and a stupid judge let them off despite clear evidence proving they were guilty of assault. That was the point of this thread and I never said anything about their right to a trial.

That's a comment about whether somebody was guilty or not. The guilt of these women is not in question.
and the judge dealt out the sentence according to the evidence, no? and incidentally the fella in the other case was guilty of taking a life, the issue was murder v manslaughter
He doesn't appear to have, no. He also made some bizarre statements about the facts of the case. And whether he was guilty of murder or not. He'd admitted manslaughter.
What the court didnt hear was that the white girl had earlier made monkey gestures to the black girls and claimed that they accepted bananas in exchange for sex.
As loathe as I am to side with Toby, what the **** are you even reading the Daily Mail for Sam? When I see someone I know reading or buying that paper my respect for them drops to zero. It is truely awful mate.

The judge is clearly a ****wit, as were the 2 jury members who didnt go with murder in the other case. I hold the view that the law is ****ed up, yet some who have responded on this thread disagree with that on other threads, yet agree here. That to me is hypocricy
