Starmer has tried to claim the credit for many other initiatives set up by the tories, so it's only fair he gets the blame for this one, which he could have blocked if he had the will.
I’m not sure about the logistics but it says contract end day March 2024. I can only assume it was all delivered by that date . Whoever is responsible needs shamed - Porsches for travel between Albanian prisons ! Just get them to acquire them from the car washes down my way !
