I think there's a few reasons, although it was obviously atrocious defending. The most obvious is the goalkeeping error. Awful. The others are that he's asked to play that role and take up weird positions and he's knackered. Played virtually every game, despite others being available and being in decent shape.
Not questioning his effort and he’ll always be a club great but his attitude is a part of the issues we are showing at the moment. No problem with being emotional after but unlike us, he has the power to do something about it. We’re the ones who have to listen and read all the **** that is said about us and these players don’t seem to realise that.
Just to get in my usual comment about the dogshit officials, Anthony Taylor is a ****ing **** ****. Even in a field of blatantly useless ****ers, he still manages to stand out and not in a good way. Prick.
He prefers to play ST though according to reports and the fact he scored from when finally in a central position gives hope that whether Ange or whoever is manager is picking the next team sheet, he’ll be played centrally.
He's not knackered in minute 1...and if he is then maybe he should be far cleverer in managing his energy. No, he shouldn't have been playing much, if at all recently. There have been options...even today Postecoglou could have started Djed at RB and Reguilon at LB, but he persisted with Porro.
Villa are yeah Tottenham? Only won the league twice and us 4 times, so it's like two dung beatles arguing over who's got the most turd.
