    As expected Man City, Spurs & Arsenal provided everyone with a result, but no-one predicted the wins for Stoke & Fulham, with only one person out of 29 - newcomer ‘Apple Pie’ - successfully forecasting a win for Wolves on Sunday.

    As a result we have the tightest table ever with only 2 correct results separating the top and bottom positions.

    Five share top spot with ‘Apple Pie’, ‘marcusblackcat’, ‘smithy in nl’, ‘vincemac’ and ‘wrathofpaulmcgrath’ taking the honours, while it’s equally busy on the naughty step with ‘flandersmackem’, ‘Niall34’ and ‘Shameless’ enjoying each other’s company for the next seven days.

    Interesting fact : over the past 2½ years, SAFC has provided one of the lowest percentage of correct results of any club in the premiership, for participants in this weekly competition.

    Let’s hope MON makes it a bit easier for us.
