I have some bad news Hermes delivered a package to me on the earliest possible delivery date So nothing good can happen for the rest of the month
Spence will almost certainly be LB. Done a job on Salah in the first leg and he's been so good at LB I don't see why we'd change that. Right now the spot should be his, even upon Udogie's return. Gray at RB is clearly to be a more tighter defensive unit as he won't bomb the wing like Porro would. Our midfield is very industrious too, so I'd say for possibly the first time in his Spurs career, Ange is gonna be playing with the aim of mainly not conceding more so than taking the game to the opposition. I think it's the right call too, we won't outplay Pool at Anfield. The idea will be to contain and counter. Only thing I'd say is that for this game plan, we probably would've been better having Tel up front over Richarlison, as we'll need pace on those counters.
Play Gray, Spence and Davies out of their strongest/usual positions? I'm not sure. Fwiw I've been more impressed by Gray as a CB than when he's played RB. Struggles much more in wider positions.
Weird selection. Porro should be RB and centre backs should be Gray and Davies with Spence at LB. Danso starting this games is absolute madness by the manager.
Can't see us getting anything from this so I is going back to 1981 for the night... The year of us beating Wolves at Highbury in my first live spurs match. In my 7th year of being a spurs we won the fa cup in a final that produced 3 truly outstanding goals over the 2 matches. Keithy burkinshaws blue n white army
