Anyone else a bit rough this morning? Buzzing with that result, honestly thought we'd get beat and a small part of me thought it would be by more than 2 goals. Howe had it spot on, the extra CB pushing up and chasing down arsenal worked a treat, love seeing Rice make a mess.

So the odds are that Spurs are gonna get mangled

If Liverpool get to the final will they put out a weaker team like last year? Looks unlikely considering the team they put out in the first leg against Spurs.

No they probably won't. Klopp left.

Let's hope we are full strength and they pick up the worst injury crisis in history.

I'm ok, had a few and mixed the drinks up, but feeling ok, tend to feel much worse the next day when I've had a spliff, which I haven't had for a while.

Tonight will be interesting, ideal for Howe to work out how to play against whoever wins. Arsenal seemed to be buzzing from the City win, and couldn't cope with our game plan at all.... Liverpool will be much tougher and have their tactic right, the positive is that we'll play them just before the final. Spurs? I dunno, they're poor but might play for their lives on the day.

Problem is Liverpool are strong in all areas with no real weaknesses, Salah's getting the headlines atm, but even without him in the team they can still beat anyone.

Howe just needs to watch tonight astutely, as well as when we play them in a few weeks, and come up with a tactical masterclass. Unless Spurs do something weird or course, but no one is seeing that happening.

Ange wins a trophy in his second season like he always does apparently. He really makes himself look like a weapons grade dick when he comes out with **** like that.

Newcastle United defender Kieran Trippier is a target for Galatasaray, who have until the Turkish transfer window closes on 11 February to sign the 34-year-old England international. (ESPN)

This doesn't seem valid now, let him go in the summer, but keep him now.

Presumably he does, although I would argue Allardyce was more overrated a few years ago.

Lawro had his head wedged firmly up Fat Sam's arse constantly reciting the "Big Sam guarantees survival ****e"....then things pan out - bored the hell out of everyone at West Ham, Palace and Everton, loses his survival record by being appalling at West Brom, and then gets relegated again with his hilarious 4 game stint at Leeds.
