Koren did look your best player followed by Stewart whos end product is lacking. Koren always scores against us

King did a good job containing your midfield for the majority of the game but a great strike at the end was thd difference. You have a base of a very good squad if you can add to it you could go all the way

I think in a way he was complimenting us. We don;t want that tool Andy King coming on here for round 2. We've just got him to zip it.

Can't argue with this. Personally I don't think it's as simple as 'Don't let Koren score.' Obviously if it was that easy the likes of Messi and Ronaldo would be marked out of the game every week.

Stewart had one proper chance to pull it back yesterday and messed it up, so in that respect yes his end product was lacking but since coming back from his injury he's been heavily involved in 3 goals in 4 games (scoring one, assisting one and setteing up McLean for the penalty). With wingers, you'd be happy if they beat their fukll back once or twice a game but he does it every time, the boy is really special.

Having watched the build up to the goal again on the FLS I agree with you, Liam deserves credit for giving Koren the perfect pass for the goal.

This is turning out to be a long wind up thread for a narrow home win against 10 men.
I will of course be referring back to it after we have stuffed you at the King Power Stadium---oh and how many of Fryatts goals have come from the penalty spot?

The result must have hurt you if you're going to refer back to it, if you happen to beat us, let alone thrash us.

    Leicester fans aren't half bitter.

Dont think we can be bitter, but you haveto admit it was a far from convincing win seeming you were against 10-men for an hour, but optimistic from our PoV that we didnt just fold.

Congrats on the 3 points tho, credit where its due.

I thought it was convincing enough, from a team whose squad didn't cost as much as yours, and we were below you in the league, and throughout nthe match, we virtually controlled it apart from the 10-15 minutes where you got your fantastic equaliser.

Forget the animosity from the fans, Barmby came on record saying he respected Nigel for his decision to leave. It wasn't as if he used it to fire up our players.

Also considering we weren't going to thrash you in the first place.

I dunno what you expected to be honest.

Yeah. I'm aware we've got our fair share of interent hardmen on here but him and Lestagangsa let you boys down.

Good luck for the rest of the season.

If you think they spell advice with an "s" then I suggest you go back to school. They have the ****ing nerve to slate education in Hull

You seem to ignore the massive difference in wages, costs and experience between our two squads when you talk of convincing.

If I were you I would concentrate on why a squad with an average wage bill as high as yours and assembled at an acquisition cost as high as yours, isn't several points clear at the top, rather than telling us our victory wasn't convincing.

I think the Leicester fans should be more concerned that NP felt the need to be so defensive just for losing one forward. Shows a distinct lack of confidence in the defense.

First one is a definite penalty and probably the second. However, Mills SHOULD NOT have been sent off.

And of course we'll be refering back to such a bold statement should you not thrash us/beat us at the crisp factory. The majority of wins in this division are pretty close, it's not often teams get hammered. As supporters you are going to enjoy victory regardless of the margin, especially against a promotion rival. Don't tell me you lot would be keeping quiet had you beat us 2-1. As for Fryatt, only 2 of his goals for us have been from the penalty spot, the rest have been from open play.

FFS only one of Fryatts goals has been a pen hasn't it? Sure we've only had 2 pens all season, Barnsley which he missed and Leicester which was the best penalty I've ever seen.
