interesting concoction

 

It's an Italian American thing, it's interesting and if I'd have really spent time on this it could be really good. What I made was decent but nothing special but I can see how it could be really good.

 

My Sicilian grandmother is turning in her grave.

 

Yeah some immigrant in downtown NYC came up with this and probably wasn't allowed back into Italy.

 

It’s fine to say you just lobbed together what needed using up from the fridge.

 

Best NY Italian dish ever is chicken parmigiana. I'm sure there's some crazy version that's super popular up north here after a night out. Stand by.

Had a parmo once somewhere but not been to Boro itself. They use Bechamel. It’s basically a heart attack on a plate. Quite different from Parmigiana which is more of a mild heart murmur.

 

Loved a parmo back in the day.

Just made a nice concoction

Baby potatos boiled and sliced up in a pan, added some red onion, mushrooms and sliced pork sausages and half a tin of chopped Tom's, garlic, ginger and chilli flakes.

It don't look to appealing here tbh but I assure you all it Was bangin
