Mag scum twat, he knows though as anyone who's played professional football will know his team was second best
O'Nien's workrate and passion the whole game shows up his odd mistakes. He's like a little cherub version of Roy Keane imo
As long as we play out from the back O9 will and has to play, unless we can get another ball playing centre half. His pass was a bit short to Jobe, Jobe however certainly as much as fault as him for the equaliser. And his diving header clearance at the end was massive for us. But this debate has been done to death, we deservedly won...and First Blood Part II just came on ITV 4
Dunno about you but Neil and jobe pressed up high afterwards looked way better than against Plymouth. Both of their fitness levels are outstanding.
Perhaps people will calm down demanding he’s played in midfield now … … mistakes on the wing aren’t as costly. Reg knows what he’s doing
(EDIT: crap, forgot again)...cheers again RTB... one of those games i really never look forward to but turns out excellent. once we scored there was only one team in it, we cut them apart, took the ball of them and they could not handle it but we basically gifted them a goal to lift them back up...this time i will agree that onien could have done better although jobe was a little slow to react so just saying it was 'a bit of a mess' cos they did not deserve to score at that point. ELF took a while to get started but feck me when he did he did, he was an instant improvement to the squad (directed at those who insist we are worse off now) boro tried new lads out and it did not work and. being honest, i expected far more from them when we got our 2nd. back to our defence, cirkin looked stronger than he has for weeks, patto handled his box and kicking better, hume is just hume and apart from a couple of mistakes (positional) mepham stood strong...onien more than made up for his part in the mistake, good tackles and bringing the ball out topped off with his ball out to ELF. some great play across the park but my MotM is to ELF, cannot wait to see him at full belt.
I'm still surprised the ref didn't disallow our winner because the Boro player who scored was offside
Also thought that was one of the first games I remember in a while where the subs visibly strengthened the team (and I was one the ones not keen on them!) goes under the radar how limited RLB has been with the squad (either own decisions or injuries). When everyone’s back the bench will be really strong and we’ll be able to change things in a lot of different ways. I’m not getting to sleep for a while haha
