    Go to bed early guys.

    **** all happening today.

I'd imagine we are saving the money to have another promotion push next season.

First player I’ve seen sign for a rival who I’ve thought could be decent

He’ll spend most of the time trying to latch onto long balls launched from the bus at the back.

As for us I’d rather sign no one than sign a journeyman like Armstrong who can’t get into a team cast adrift at the bottom of the PL.

We’ve just scored seven goals, making it 60 in 30 matches. There’s no rush for a striker. The goals are coming from the wingers and midfielders.

I feel the same mate, we’re head and shoulders the best 15-17 in the division, our bench would walk into most teams. I’m looking forward to promotion and feeling we should save the money for PL quality next season OR sign someone who will be PL ready by July

How harsh would it be signing a striker to replace Piroe who’s 2nd in most goals chart with a journeyman

I would love a new body in just for that boost and feel good factor but my heart telling me we aint getting anyone. I think we have had feelers out but the ones we want aren't available. I wouldn't be down if we don't add as I feel we have enough its just that buzz factor with me what if someone special comes in under the radar. gonna be relaxed for tonight what will be, will be. if someone comes in good if nobody comes in so be it.

I can hear the recycling of past deadline day excuses being smoothed out ready for tomorrow... You know the words by now do i really need to quote them. But if you feel the need......

Can’t really go into the 2nd half of the season with just one fit forward.

Agreed, I wondered if we would do the deal if we could have got Archer, a bit of a gamble as we know Joseph is up to speed
