I'm all for having cash, but I wouldn't have that sort of money laying around. Stick it in an ISA or something. I've got £200 cash at the mo, I've got a £100 which my lad got for me on ebay, for stuff that I was just going to throw out....so that's our beer money, and will be kept as such. And the other £100 is just what I generally carry on me....but that I took out this morning as I'd already spent what I previously had. Anything else will be paid on debit or credit card...I normally use the credit card for online stuff and debit for anything not online. I would never leave £4k laying around.
I'm about two to three weeks into my diet, and lost half stone, so I'm more than happy with that. Will keep with diet for a bit longer, to get a few more pounds off, but no biggy now as I clearly have it under control. How did I do it, just cut out sugar and fat products. Only sugar I would have had was via friuit. Main fat would have been through some bio yoghurts I assume (being dairy), but don't really know.
^^^This. I only have the cash I do as there are still “cash only” shops that I use. The local bakery in the village still only takes cash and if me and the misses are out and about in the car, we tend to use local cafe’s for a coffee which invariably still prefer cash sales.
Not wishing to piss on your parade, BUT if it was all out nuclear war you would have 4 minutes to count it before you were vaporised
Lol yeah I know. I live a few miles from where the transatlantic cables land, that carry info from stock exchange and comms from the US. I’m definitely in the vaporisation zone
I am on the same level as the UK Nato Base and only a few miles away, I will just see a a big flash and wont have to worry about surviving a world of mutant humans and cockroaches
Danny met Sandy during a summer break and then they found themselves at the same High School ... with a bunch of other 30 something year olds trying yet again to graduate ... with songs...
I thought your favourite pub was cash? Not sure why I think that, maybe because some micros only take cash.
was in a Sam Smiths in Sheffield on Friday night. No phones allowed, so you have to use card if you want to pay electronically. One of the guys couldn’t understand it, plus he kept swearing….was asked to leave by a nervous landlord very quickly.
