Isn’t it strange how times change. Gone are the days of being glued to SSN waiting for the breaking news from reporters at training grounds, telling us the latest transfer gossip, Redknapp hanging out of the car window etc. It was around the time that bloke got a purple dildo shoved in his ear, that the old format had had its day. When you think about it, it’s quite poetic that Sky’s beloved “yellow ticker” marathon of a day had its fate sealed in such a way, as Sky have been ****ing us financially for years and still continue to do so. now everything goes through a select group of well informed journalists on twitter, yet sky still employ Dharmeth Sheth and Kaveh Solehol to tell us the latest goss… which is basically just them reading twitter how the mighty have fallen.

I actually unfollowed Romano a few weeks back funnily enough, his tweets still flash up on my feed every now and then but thankfully the obscene amount has decreased. The spurs aggregators tweet his spurs related stuff within seconds/ minutes anyway so I don’t miss anything.

Palace were never selling guehi in January. More pie in the sky from these so called ‘in the knows’. We’d have a whole new squad each window if most of these reports are true. Much better when we don’t see these silly links every day with someone or other as gets fans riled up as if everything is true and it’s the clubs fault it hasn’t gone through rather than some no mark blogger or podcast making it up for hits and likes.

Yeah I think we're done too. We've apparently cooled interest in Bailey (good, he hasn't kicked on at all from early promise) and Okafor has just agreed a move to Napoli. I think Tel was the basket we put all our eggs in, especially as it wouldn't have cost a penny. But he totally understandably rejected us (something we'd better get used to and quickly). Overall I'd currently give this window a 2/10. The manager was pleading for help from mid December and we've managed one last-minute outfield signing in response to that.
Agreed and that’s on top of a 4/10 summer. Regardless of my views on Ange currently, it’s no wonder the poor bloke’s suffered and struggled. We didn’t just leave him up **** creek without a paddle, we shot a couple holes in the boat too.
yeah, unless there’s nothing short of a miracle today, it’s been another shocker. last summer we spoke of how there was so many to move on, as well as players that needed signing to improve us. We knew it wouldn’t happen in one window, but January has not only compounded those problems, but we’ve got a new headache we’ve not previously had which is players rejecting us who’d have previously been in our grasp. Summer should be another fun one!
And as I've said on her previously, United should serve as a cautionary tale of just how quickly and badly things can spiral out of control, to the point where attracting genuine quality is almost impossible. And that's a club with a much bigger wage bill and reputation than us. We shouldn't be so naiive as to think that we are an attractive package any longer (if we ever were, which I'm also not convinced was ever true).
Spurs stadium official twitter account just tweeted about Beyoncé dates on deadline day. Unsurprisingly they received a mountain of abuse, and the tweets now been deleted. Tottenham Hotspur football club, ladies and gents.
