What part because psr = premier league rules and those are a matter of public record.

If you mean the possible punishments for serious breaches then those are also a better of public record but not limted to what I said but that is what precedent has said so far.

If you mean our profit and loss then that again is a matter of public record.

if your accounts show a loss of £105m you are in breach of PSR as that is not does not take into account the "add ons" which are monies spent on community work , womens team and infrastructure work .

Well i meant the psr report showing losses of 105 so I'm sure we can agree on that as a starting point discussing psr head room.

We are awat8ng thr number for 23/24 bit we know ow out figures for the prior 3 seasons was -53mil in.losses before any deductions there is no way we have deductions to give us 400mil head room.

-53 before deductions would have been a 52 mil head room so you'd need 348mil in deductions across the 3 years and that's just not happening.

The club is fine, the club is secure but the club cannot do what Chelsea have done (madness and waste) and will not do what arsenal have done (fsg don't want to)

Whether we could spend say 500mil on transfer and pay another 100mil in amortisation per season and shrug is one debate.

Whether we would is a whole other debate as fsg just don't want to carry it.

In 2023 numbers lfc were carrying 108mil of amortisation costs arsenal were at 130 and Chelsea were over 200mil.

Chelsea will carry that for 5 or more years.

Lfc will have some players drop off that list and then add more buys to balance it but we won't just let it grow.

It is what it is. As long as the buys are gotten right as per the midfield trio bought then it's fine.

If we get it badly wrong then it's a big problem.

Man City to face Real Madrid in the CL playoffs

    Brest v Paris St-Germain
    Club Brugge v Atalanta
    Manchester City v Real Madrid
    Juventus v PSV Eindhoven
    Monaco v Benfica
    Sporting v Borussia Dortmund
    Celtic v Bayern Munich
    Feyenoord v AC Milan

Eventually we'd have to face Brest/PSG or Monaco/Benfica

We knew that anyway. I'm confused - I thought the draw today determined our whole path to the final; I was wrong. For once. :bandit:

Would cost me over £100 to fly from my local airport the next nearest one and over £50 to stay in a motel here with a less than 50% chance of being murdered in my sleep ... :bandit:

It's funny, when I first moved here, everything in the US was so cheap compared to Europe but now everything is so expensive compared to Europe.

There's still a vibe going around that Kamala lost the election because of the price of eggs over there. Indeed, the BBC had many a vox pop and voters' panel in the run-up to the election (one or two in SC, actually) and all that was mentioned was ****ing eggs. Felt like saying that post-Brexit and Covid, the US has no idea how comparatively well its economy was doing, especially the stock market. But every time Trump's character was mentioned it was just "Yeah, but the price of eggs/gas/rent"

And now eggs cost even more.

Inflation in general was a big deal. Long story short... But we really lucked out on the inflation due to circumstances. The way it was timed we gained the equivalent of four years my salary just from starting a contract to build a new house and selling our old one at just the right time. Granted... It's all in the house/land and day to day living hurts with the inflation.

But it was all the stimulus packages that caused all this craziness... And Trump was one of the worst for that. The inflation which he campaigned as a Democrat problem all started under him.

I don't use much milk... Which is why I'm only good enough to play for Accrington Stanley.

That's the top half, we could be placed in the bottom half.

Ourselves and Barca are to be separated into the two halves of the draw, but it isn't decided who goes in which half until the playoffs are done. Too many permutations are the moment to work out a route

It's the more difficult half... So it's the half we'll be in. <laugh>

Kackles lost because she was ****ing useless. She couldn’t answer a question without bullshitting and talking bollocks.
When Bret Baier asked her what she thought of the fact that the majority of people thought
the US was going in the wrong direction under Biden’s and her administration she couldn’t even answer their concerns. Her reply was it was Trumps’s fault.

just remember when they were doing the Democratic Nominations she left the race as she had no money no votes , nobody liked her and she believed the Tara Reade allegations against Biden Next thing she’s had a damascene conversion St Paul would be proud of and agreed to be the VP nomination.
