Just wondered if anyone has been yet, am thinking of taking my Nephew and Niece on Sunday and just wanted to know what anyone thought of it.
Was back in Hull for the weekend from Holland with my little lad. Took him to WW before the Burnley game but agree with charliej was very lame for what it cost. But hey kids enjoy it whatever. Dodgy santa mind.
If you stay at the same hotel my mother did when she took my niece, I would advise you to take your own food. Apparently it was inedible
You'd have thought the food would be amazing - that Santa Claus is a right fat b***ard so he must enjoy the food
Visited the winter wonderland on 1st dec, very disappointed to say the least!! Paid £22.50 extortionately priced. The water feature had no water, the lights had to be switched on a a child was freaking out! And to top it off the poor present from Santa wasn't even wrapped!! Go somewhere else worth while!
Paying far too much to visit a place that doesn't deliver on it's promise, is non-child friendly, has a poor atmosphere and no end product that represents value for money? You sure you weren't in Elland Road?
Glad to report the food was good, the local moonshine was like paint-stripper and the Finnish birds stunning.
Makes sense, Ken Bates would refuse to use wrapping paper in order to cut down on running costs, same with the water feature and the lights, save their electricity and water rates
Not been Nor any plans to go either to WW. For £22.50 that will pay for some festive beer. Much better value.
