Five seasons ago Villa were on a par with us. Difference was after two poor managers in smith and Gerard they went big with emery. We already had the quality manager and replaced him with a load of ****. We gone in opposite direction to them. Farkes good at our level now but a million miles away from emery standard. Problem is we always recruit from the unemployed managers list
