as someone said earlier in the thread, we've earned the right to put the deckchairs out tonight. Hope the kids give a good account of themselves and enjoy it all, even if they get hammered.

Do psv have any skin in the game either?

If thry are looking for a particular position we might have to watch defence v defence passing it about for 90.

If thry have to win we might be messy.

    Well mixed team as expected.

Very surprising to see both lb’s play though… Robbo at CB? I assume one will come off at Ht and Endo move to Cb

The forward leads the line for the Reds at Philips Stadion as Arne Slot makes nine changes for the final fixture of the league phase.

Only Cody Gakpo and Andy Robertson retain their places in the line-up from the weekend win over Ipswich Town.

Liverpool: Kelleher, Endo, Chiesa, Gakpo, Elliott, Tsimikas, Robertson, McConnell, Danns, Quansah, Bradley.

Subs: Jaros, Davies, Kone-Doherty, Mabaya, Nallo, Morrison, Norris, Morton, Nyoni.

Nunez missing out through illness apparently.

huge chance for danns to put his name in the hat. Has looked really good in the games he’s come on. Looks to have the physicality that a lot of our youth don’t have but also that instinct to be right place right time in the box

Looks a natural and all that, but I don't want to put the jinx of Rhian Brewster on him by going overboard.

that injury just stalled his progress and he never got back to good level when he was livewire before that .
still remember him being in the U17 World Cup team that beat Spain 5-2 to win the tournament

Interested to see how he does on his favoured right. Normally comes in on the left because of Salah, so cuts infield. At his peak he was great at 1v1s.

McConnel looks a very tidy player. Lovely touch and ability to turn in tight spaces.
