but out mr ignorant Starmer head of CPS to chicken **** to go ahead Keith vaz demanded action so gave the job to someone with balls.

But the force was criticised by the Home Affairs Select Committee and told by its chairman Keith Vaz they needed to "get a grip".

    learn to read Tosse

Rotherham was not the only community in the North and the Midlands to have uncovered such abuse. There have also been arrests or prosecutions of groups of men in 11 towns and cities, including Oldham, Rochdale and Derby, external.

No, I'm saying that due to CPS guidelines at the time, the prosecutor felt that they wouldn't get a conviction.

That's why Starmer changed the CPS rules and appointed a specialist child abuse and sexual exploitation prosecutor to secure more convictions.

Trying to pin it all on Starmer is just a bit lazy, but I get why some are pushing that agenda mate.

As head of the CPS, Starmer has to take some responsibility. Which he did, by admitting that they got it wrong and failed victims, which that's why he changed the CPS guidelines and appointed a specialist prosecutor in this area.

At the time the CPS guidelines were restrictive in bringing back witnesses to give evidence some years after the crimes, as they felt that their evidence wouldn't be reliable enough to get a conviction. So rather than going to trial and the cases getting thrown out for unreliable evidence, they sat on it. Which in hindsight was the wrong thing to do.

But the accusations that Starmer deliberately blocked the prosecutions is incorrect, both because he wasn't personally involved in the cases, and the prosecutors on those cases were following the CPS guidelines at the time.

They are meant to be naming those three judges in that child abuse/death case this week...I've heard two of those judges have already retired, probably says alot already, too old for the job.

People who haven't read this should - it is difficult to imagine that this could have ever happened ... but it did - and we can only hope that such irrational hatred and intolerance never, ever, get to such levels again ...

The woman who crashed her SUV into a school in Wimbledon in 2023, killing two children and injuring other people, has been re-arrested.

Investigations had been opened again after demands by the parents.

She did, but it depends if it was known before the crash that she was epileptic and didn't report it, so guess the cops will look at medical reports and anything she has ever said on social media or to people she knew at the school, before the crash.
