Yup. That’s why I don’t agree when people say you can’t keep sacking managers. You have to keep sacking them if they’re not good enough or the right fit. Ideally levy and Lange etc would all be gone but that’s not happening.
We’ve got better players than most of the teams between us about 6th/7th. That’s not arrogance, that’s having a better team than 15th. Leicester are ****, make no bones about it every player we have is better than what they have. They’ll get relegated with about 2 months to go.
Lange has the easiest job in the world. Do nothing from September to December, then leak a rumour to key journalists every few weeks through January saying we are "looking into" or "investigating" a player, ideally someone no one has heard of, then go back to doing nothing again from February.
what a time to be alive. The fans have to hope that at some point our heirachy who are consistent in making terrible decisions about football, finally, somehow, make a decent one.
Ange has confirmed that Sarr 100% shouldn't have played as he was 'obviously' not fit. SO WHY THE **** DID YOU PLAY HIM YOU ABSOLUTE PLANK?!
True, but Vardy at no 9 would make you better. He offers more than Solanke or Richarlison, even at 54 or however old he is. I’m not sure what the issues are with Spurs at present. Injuries are a factor, but the players available today were plenty good enough to beat Leicester comfortably. And some fairly recent results - like City away - show that there is enough ability and commitment when it matters to produce too level performances. Utd are having similar woes, but it’s evident that we aren’t capable of playing at that level as a team. We rely on moments of individualism; Spurs can function as a very good team, but, more often than not, just don’t. So what’s the problem? Have they given up playing for Ange?
Vardy isn’t even in the same postcode as Solanke. He’s ****. Ange has now lost to Ipswich and Leicester at home, unforgivable.
whilst trying to somehow compete with other clubs of a similar wealth, but paying a fraction of the wages. Sounds like a bit of a recipe for disaster, really.
Some of the youngsters gave their all, but the supposed key players were either error-strewn or anonymous. We were lucky to still be ahead at halftime, but at least we had something to build in. The 2nd half was bereft of ideas and for the most part real commitment. If you're earning between £200-400k pw then a little commitment should be the minimum requirement.
Behave, man. Vardy's a prick of the highest order but has been a fantastic striker and at 38 is still scoring goals whilst being surrounded by a bunch of dross.
Yeah he was good a few years ago but he’s past it and a complete prick. Letting him score against us twice is embarrassing. Can’t believe the love for Leicester, they’re ****. We are multiple times better than them but we lost. Any manager of a team worth anything losing to them at home nowadays should be untenable.
