Just got back from a nice deadlift session and tucking in to some low carbon wraps, salad and some fresh berries and cream for pudding. Nice little oreo grenade bar for a treat before watching all the football. Living life.
I have some d3 yeah I take that some b12 and omega 3 every day.... I used to take beta carotene but it was all getting a bit OTT.
Those were the days..... I had it bad on my shoulders took ages to get rid of.... sunbeds sudocream all bastard day. I'm all natural now and my mid section is the giveaway... not fat but I can't get down much more at my age without having too much hassle. Egypt mate sharm el-Sheik .... with all the trouble near there it'll hopefully be fairly quiet.
I fancied that at one point, mate. All the stories about the hassling over there put me off. Can’t be bothered with that ****e. What’s the best way to lose your gut? Diet and cardio?
Diet and diet. Cardio helps of course if you enjoy it but you’ll lose more weight avoiding a dessert than running 5km.
I know bread is horrendous and a big no-no. Any carbs that aren’t so bad? Can’t just have an all protein diet surely.
I wouldn’t say anything is a no. Count calories, start with 2000 a day and get 150g or so of protein within that assuming you’re a normal-ish size now. Track it on Myfitnesspal for a week and be honest with it and you’ll see how many you’re getting now. Stuff like olive oil and sauces makes it harder. I find it easier going low carb but some prefer low fat and more carb. Of the carbs I prefer potatoes if we’re really talking doing everything perfectly but 99% is getting calories down if weight loss is the main goal. People try too hard to be perfect IMO and fail as a result. You need a deficit of about 7000 calories to lose a kilo so being 500 under maintenance a day gets you down half a kilo per week which is doable. Short term you can do 1000 a day below maintenance but that gets tough quickly in my experience.
Intermittent fasting, low carbs and high intensity in the morning while fasted. 2 meals a day big....no snacks. Increases HGH too.
