Did he get involved? Not doubting you but there is about 10 different versions of what went on and the footage from sky didn't make it any clearer. Is this said to be the clubs reason for complaint?
I think he has been a pain in the atse for opposition every single time he has played this season and he has been excellent at times! As I said before madness to think he is so young and inexperienced but contributing so much! Shows what our club is about these days, we find the time for these lads instead of just sticking them in the bench for numbers! We don't care about age or experience if they good enough they play!
Looking at the BBC stats they say we have 3 on target efforts which puzzles me. Of the top of my head I can remember the goal, the Isidor 30 yarder, the Le Fée free kick and the Isidor shot after his long run ... ... I'd probably think of more if I had to. I'm just wondering who compiles these stats and when they become cast in stone
Completely agree. I hate VAR, but last night, the officials either yielded to pressure from the Derby players, or they operated their own, ad hoc VAR system, or worse, listened to someone who could not possibly have known more than them. All, very bad indeed.
It didn't matter a jot, we won 1-0 and Derby didn't equalise. The referee will be pleased with that, he certainly couldn't wait to get the final whistle blown. But what if such a decision was in the play-off final at Wembley with millions watching and millions at stake. He'd be sacked and should be for this, sorry there's no excuse.
The same person who saw the offside/handball/foul to rule out the second! Had a few hits including isn't she lovely and I just called to say I love you!
What a pile of ****e! If Isidor was offside, how come play didn't stop when it was noticed? If the referee and linesmen were in constant contact, how come the didn't stop where they were on the pitch to discuss it rather than walk back to the centre circle? I suppose Isidor stopping an opponent was when the Derby player ran into the back of him. PGMOL covering their arses yet again!
Will never happen but clubs really need to make some sort of stand on these officials. There is zero accountability and even here they are now trying to say that they made the right decision last night. Most incompetent profession in sport at the ‘elite level’ are football referees
Sam Allison is reffing the QPR vs Sheff Wed game on Saturday so they can’t be investigating him too hard.
Anybody considered the possibility that we miss automatic promotion because our goal difference was inferior by one? The loss to the Club of many millions in turnover by such an occurrence surely requires swift acction by the Powers that be. A full and transparent investigation by independent adjudicators should be conducted and the findings published.
I'm confused is this from the officials or as it been investigated and officially said it was the right decision cause isidor was offside? Didn't look offside in any of the footage I've seen!
Decision is deemed correct it says just took too long so in that case they’ll get some advice, I posted the potential outcomes a page or so back
How is it correct? Unless there is footage or an angle I haven't seen he is onside when the ball comes over the top!
i hope they do have a full investigation into this simply because not a single person, footballer/fan/commentator/managers etc had any idea why it was chalked off, realistically even the officials were at a bit of a loss. i know i have a few 'ref watches' that are very negative towards officials but those are normally down to them not being consistent, i do try to view them without red and white glasses on as i can understand how difficult a job it is and being fair, most are proved right in a replay.
