I was happy to see Drameh get his chance, 'cos Coyle has been very hit and miss this season, but christ he's been poor.

Just like to say I don’t think Coyle is ****
    A lot on here do
I think he’s a good solid defender in this league. And too much is made of a right backs ability in the team to influence games.
    Is he better than Elmo
    Obviously not.
Drameh to me was a waste of a buy and said it at the time
Our earliest or one of the earliest signings when we already had Coyle was another weird transfer to me. When we had gaping holes all over the shop.

we really need to sort out centre midfield
    Alzate for all his class
    Is he doing enough
He’s sat back looking good on the ball but where’s the incisive through balls? Or getting a foot in higher up the pitch and driving forward like a good centre mid does say morsy did last season?
    That’s what we are missing
Slaters only goes forward when it’s free space
He’s so risk averse and as for his finishing well **** me
Puerta good player good touch clever but agin is he doing enough? I don’t think he is
It’s crying out for players to get beyond Pedro but we don’t do it enough
    Gelhardt looks a good addition
Crooks looks way short of fitness understandably I hope he’s going to dominate in there soon

we have enough quality wise to stay up but they need to show it more

They've lost something like 1 in 13 and won the last 4 on the bounce.

Yeah they didn't look streets ahead but they've beaten far better than us more than once in their recent run of form

Have they? Their wins this season are versus Plymouth, Luton x2, Watford, Preston, Oxford, Norwich, Cardiff and us.

All bottom half teams with the exception of Watford.

Unfortunately this debate will continue all season, I get why people feel aggrieved for Pandur but I don’t agree with your analysis there.

Pandur wouldn’t have saved either of those goals last night, he also would have struggled with set pieces as QPR were deliberately putting men on the keeper, they did a great job of making it difficult.

Unfortunately Rushworth won’t get a fair chance from most fans and every mistake (of which Pandur made many) will be highlighted.

agree, rushworth did well considering how brutal they were inside the box

you could possibly say, he could do better for the 2nd, but it was a proper stinger of a shot that couldnt have been better placed into the goal
but rushworth is micro analyzed becasue pandur got dropped

keepers not the problem anyway, we dont concede much in comparison to other relegation battling teams
we just cant ****ing score often enough

Fully agree, it’s the one position where we have a great starter and great sub, unfortunately we don’t have that anywhere else on the park!

Rushworth flapped at one cross, he was solid apart from that one incident. He’s an upgrade on another very good keeper as far as I can see.

We have our own good keeper, a good backup (maybe) two up and coming in the kids teams and no need whatsoever for a loan keeper we won't buy

We didn’t know he was good at the start of the season, in fact when Rushworth was signed Pandur just had a nightmare of a preseason.

True, but £2.50 lucky dip for £53m might be worthwhile....No, I don't condone gambling, nor do I work for Camelot, assuming they've still got the gig.
On City, looking at the table and the fact that Ports have got two games on us, and our run of upcoming games, we'll do bloody well if we have to go there on final day and win to stay up. Early days still, but could be one of those must-win games eg Cardiff.

They're one of the form teams in the division. The fact they've gone from rock bottom to 4pts off the playoffs in the last 13 games tells it's own story.

And yeah, the mid table sides they've beaten by definition are better sides than us.

Frustrating game last night. For all we were the better team in the first half, I don't remember us creating many clear cut chances or working their keeper that much. Thought they started the 2nd half quite sloppily and a bit of panic was setting into their defence. Their subs changed the game though, particularly the winger who was up against that chocolate fireguard Drameh. Anyone who thinks Drameh is the answer at RB needs to give their head a wobble as he may as well not have been there last night. In fact, forget trying to sign a LB - leave that to Jacob and Macca - unless Macca can play RB as well - RB is where we need someone.

Crooks is obviously a unit and it's good to have someone of that physical size in the squad. However, he is off the pace at the moment and I can't see him starting - or playing 90 minutes - anytime soon.

Good goal from Geldhart, but after the win at Millwall, this was a timely reminder that getting out of this mess won't be easy and will probably go to the wire. Just hope Pedro, Joesph and Geldhart can find the net enough times to keep us up.
