Gaza has suffered immeasurable consequences as a result of the Oct7th attacks. Biden wasn't indecisive, he came out unequivocally in support of Israel. Under Trump, he would have given Israel the same green light that Biden did. The only area that Biden was weak in was not reigning in Israel with their unrelenting attacks on civilians. I think Hamas were planning that attack for around 2 years, I'm not sure they were making any of those calculations based on who was the sitting US president.

Trump is less likely to help Europe against any future Putin aggressions. It's not like the world was more stable when Trump was in power and everyone was afraid to fight: Civil war in Syria. Civil war in Yemen. America lost it's grip in Afghanistan and had to begin plans to pull out. Genocide in Myanmar. Conflict in Sedan, fighting between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Civil war in Libya. Plenty of fighting happened around the world when Trump was in power and he didn't come protect anyone. Hamas didn't attack Israel because they thought they were stronger than Israel or the world would support them. Hamas probably couldn't give two figs about US, whether Trump or Biden is in power. They see themselves as fighting for liberty with a holy blessing.
