Pork and burnt leeks which is a fancier way of doing it to justify an extra few quid. Was very nice. Had a side of sprouts in chilli oil.
After mocking those leeks I fear for my cheese and beans jacket spud. Have to say the airfrier is brilliant on the roast setting for them
There’s a sort of Italian deli/coffee shop thing by the hotel doing deep fried lasagne. Definitely north of Watford now.
They freeze it then cut into nice chunks batter and fry. It's nice but not as good as normal lasagne.
