This is a tough one. On the one hand we are wasting loads of money housing these two wasters. On the other hand if you deport them back to pakistan they will probably just get to live their lives and face no punishment.
I was just hearing about a couple of prison deaths in Scotland, don't know the detail nor have I seen any article on it yet. But on my google search I found this article, I assume not related to the above, but it makes an interesting read, how 23 months prison became 17 years... I remember reading that when it happened, it also linked to a report of Scottish prisons having a high number of suicides percentage per prisoner, especially young offenders.
Apparently, if I heard it right, the law is such that Scottish prisons are free from prosecution if anything like this happens in them.
Didn't read that mate, but that's ****ed up if true. The one story I read was a young lad, late teens, mental health issues, sent from family to family in his younger days bit of a naughty lad but his mental state was never assessed, then it was too late

Forgot about him, still in prison according to that article. I had to go and look at the video to refresh my memory at what he actually said. Tbph at the time I didn't take much notice of it, but going back now and listening to what he said, I'd agree that is as bad as anyone else encouraging violence in social media posts, the fact this guy did it on a public street, with a large band of protestors behind him. I guess he's gone not guilty because he fancies his chances with a Jury...and tbph you never know which way that could roll. Only thing I don't know, the guy that got 7.5 years, did he engage in any criminal damage and was he in possession of a blade when caught, because that would all add to his sentence.
