Very harsh on Pandur to be dropped and probably the player of the season so far. Not withstanding that I thought Rushworth had more composure at the back and was a calming influence, plus his distribution is definitely a step up from Pandur.
Didn't see today's game but what you said about Burns and his toe reminded me of Michael Turner, he always looked half a yard short of pace but somehow he would get his foot in.
I didn't think it was possible for a keeper to look more composed than Pandur but there you go. Rushworth did alright but there was nothing there today to suggest it was either the right, or wrong decision.
I think some of our ‘fringe’ players are benefitting from a run in the team . I also think some are maybe stepping up as there are now some decent alternatives to keep them on their toes .
I think genius is a step far, ATM anyways, I think we'd be where the quality of our players should be, perhaps higher, tw really was a turd of a manager, proper double flusher.
solid, didn't really put a foot wrong looked comfortable all game without doing anything spectacular really
