Any reserve team coach would be wanting to choose Sunderland to send their loanees ... ... our coaches deserve huge credit.
Got no reception in gym changing rooms so get all my texts through once I’ve came out of the pool and got dressed etc.. to one off my black and white best mate saying “amad hat trick you horrible c**t”.. got him in my FPL team never in doubt buzzing the lad is getting the recognition he deserves there
Amazing hat trick. When we had him on loan I told my Man Utd mate that they had a special player in Amad. Amad has it all, a wonderful football player who is getting better and better and showed Anthony how to play attacking football.
When he finally broke into the Man Utd team he wasn't the Amad we knew because he didn't have the confidence to take shots or dribbles on that he would have done for us, he was always looking for the safe pass. Now he is more established we are seeing the Amad we know and love. He's their best player right now...
Brilliant simply Brilliant. So pleased for the lad. It helps our club also great advert for young players to come and show their talent.
On a serious note about Southampton, this could be really damaging long term. Morale there must be pretty close to zero now and you really can't see them picking up any points at all. Collapsing like this may well see them go down with single digit points total and that does give the possibility of a hangover next season, especially if "better" players want away. When we came down after the 15 point season we at least had a bit of a buzz after the Drumaville takeover, otherwise God only knows how bad the atmosphere would have been and how it would have affected us. You can make a case that Derby have still not recovered from their 11 point relegation and that the more recent issues they've had are due to that's legacy for a few years afterwards. I might be wrong, but this could have the potential to hamstring Southampton for years to come if it goes as badly as it's shaping up to.
What I loved about Amad was that he works his nuts off as well as being super talented. Absolutely not a diva. Deserves all the praise and success he's getting.
My favourite ever loan player and will watch him grow outside of SAFC with a lot of love! Absolutely a baller. Would’ve saved Ten Hag!
I remember, very well, Southampton supporters coming on here telling us about their model and where we were going wrong ... ... I went on their forum to politely point out why it would crumble and fall to pieces. They didn't appreciate my candour and banned me ... I'm still banned
Thought Ipswich would’ve gained plenty of home points this season. It just hasn’t happened for them so far
That away win at WBA was testament to that. Seeing him throwing his body in front of the ball to defend our goal sums it up...
Looks like they’ve went with wing backs and 3 CBs in their last couple of games too. That definitely won’t be any good to Clarke
There was a 9-0 result in Saudi, top v bottom Checked out the winning side and it’s no wonder they’re hammering teams. This is their side with Neymar and Mitrovic unavailable please log in to view this image
