Sorry Syd but yes some of that content of your post has merits but as far as women and men go you are ignoring the natural behaviour and traits of women also . It’s been there as long as those of men . Top and bottom women know what men want and men likewise and both use whatever skills they have to get their ‘reward’ Peterson is a guy who has studied behaviours all his life he is way removed from Tate and you really shouldn’t simplify and lump them together in the same space .thats v typical of modern media - in the past you’d pick up his books and others and make your decision based on greater info and deliberation . This is as you say a massive topic for debate and really having a last word like some do on here does not make you or me right . There are a lot of horrible men out there and women it’s not gender exclusive , mainly they both want different things .

Blimey, that's a bit needy. I ignored the other key points because I thought they were bollocks. However I notice you're unable to actually list any stuff labelled as conspiracy theories which turned out to be true, which was one of your points, and was what I questioned.

Can conspiracy theories be totally dismissed you see I reckon the Chinese let covid loose for economic reasons - it effed up the worlds economies because the US we’re doing fine even with Trump in charge and he was fighting them , since then during covid and the few hundred deaths in China ( cough cough) they continued to supply most of the covid gear and a lot of other cheap goods worldwide and still do . By their standards they are not doing as well as usual but way better than the rest maybe the oil states and Russia apart .
I didn’t need you tube, Twitter or the others to glean or suspect that , it was my own observation . Unless I’m absolutely crackers , that’s only a conspiracy theory tho started by my wife and grandkids .
You can tell I’m bored today !

It certainly looks like the virus originated in China, whether from a laboratory or from the wild. But it doesn't make economic sense that China would want to destroy the US and Euro economies. We buy from them, they're the producer and we are the consumer. If our economies are ****ed, we can't buy from them and this ****s their economy. China are also the largest national holders of US and Euro debt via bonds. On top, they've invested billions into businesses and property in the US and the Euro region. I can't see why they'd want to disrupt this.

It is clear that China want to be the dominant military power in the Pacific and Asia regions (Taiwan etc). But this is a separate aim.

Good point but they did need a quick boost to their trade , you recall Trump saying he was fighting China , maybe it’s just his ego that sees the US as the biggest trading nation , he did want to use sanctions so he obviously felt the threat - so did they also I think . The trouble is we are all in hock to them and the US. The Covid thing came at a very opportune moment to boost them though. They still needed the Wests goods and much of our manufacturing kept going didnt it albeit at ‘our’ cost not theirs .
Be nice to read a modern take on it all . thanks for a discussion !!

Wow. What was the conspiracy theory? There was an attempt to blame fans for it but it was widely disbelieved at the time. I think you'll need to try harder than that.

Not agreeing with DMD in general at all but on this particular point in my recollection the idea that
the fans were to blame was actually a pretty widely held belief

There are millions of people who don't think that Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone, does that mean there was more than one assassin?

If the lawyers, the police, the press and the coroner knew who was responsible at the first Inquest how did they arrive at the verdict of accidental death, and why did it take so long for the truth to be accepted by the courts? Maybe it was just carelessness.

Conspiracy theorists were banging on for years about a secret cabal of sex traffickers that provided ‘services’ for celebrities, politicians, businessmen and even royalty and they were proven 100% correct lmao.

Some conspiracy theories are more outlandish than others. Some are just straight up schizo bollocks. However, people who aren’t even a little bit sceptical or inquisitive of official narratives lack critical thinking skills.

Keir Starmer signing over another £5 billion of UK taxpayers money to the Ukraine, whilst bond rates rally due to economy fears, tax increases are proposed and cuts to services to communities in need continue.

Why is this conspiracy theory that the UK (or any country in the west) has to be involved in a border war between two corrupt countries continuing?

It's been done on here time and time again, those who were sadly killed at Hillsborough were the ones with tickets, got there in plenty of time and probably hadn't been in the pub drinking. However those who turned up just before kick off because they had been drinking in the pub many without tickets and surged towards the entrances that were open to the stand have to bear some responsibility in my opinion.

It's interesting that this crops up this week when people have been remembering the mid 70s cup game at Doncaster, that could so easily have been our Hillsborough moment. The ground already nearing full, city supporters turning up late, a wriggy tin fence got pulled down and loads just piled in onto an already packed terrace.

I was there and my opinion has never wavered. (In no particular order)The blame is at the door of fans, police the FA, and Sheffield Wednesday.

But not necessarily in that order, I hope? No fan goes to a cup game to kill fellow fans. The organisation was dire. Took years for me to get past the misinformation and understand what really happened. When I read the Report all those years later I accepted that I’d been wrong.
