NEW: Polling by @JLPartnersPolls and Friderichs Advisory Partners ‼️ Every group in society, including Labour voters, thinks the grooming gangs scandal was a cover-up ‼️ Only 18% - and just one in four Labour voters - agree with Keir Starmer's 'bandwagon' comments on grooming gangs ‼️ Most common emotions about the current state of the country are "nervous", "upset", "afraid", "distressed", "scared" and "ashamed" ‼️ Only 14% fully trust the BBC to cover the scandal ‼️ Labour voters overwhelmingly back a national inquiry (73%) AND deportation of dual nationals (68%). Non-white people also heavily back deportations ‼️ Only one in five (20%) think division in society caused by covering the scandal is less important than exposing the crimes committed ‼️ Two in three (66%) say public servants who covered up or neglected to investigate should face prison Full tables at http://jlpartners.co.uk/polling-results
Many of the key suspects for Ripper were migrants, and there's speculation about anti-Semitism, which was rife in that area of London at the time. There was also much criticism of the media coverage, and rumours of an elite cover up. Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose.
Why am I not surprised that on this discussion forum I asked you some questions and you ignored answering them; instead resorting to pathetic excuses that do not seem to have much factual basis? For “international sanctions” let us read U.S. sanctions. There are no British or European sanctions against Cuba and the only British ones on Venezuela are financial sanctions on named individuals in the governing regime, although I am sure they will be lifted when Sir Keith Stalin has been on a State visit. According to Statista the current inflation rate in Venezuela is estimated to be 150%, the result of uncontrolled printing of money by the government that ultimately leads to economic collapse – or Socialism’s general problem: they have spent all the wealth and they are on the Road to Serfdom. So: Why did all of Cuba’s neighbours not take up their model of how to run a country if it is so wonderful? Most of the Caribbean seems to be peasant economies so surely they would be no worse off being peasants with good healthcare.
There are so few facts in evidence there that it is probably quickest to say that Scottish Nationalist Leftie losers really need it spelling out to them: Workers pay absolutely nothing into their own State pension. The money that they pay is used to pay the pensions of current pensioners. When workers retire their pensions are paid by the remaining/new workers. They do not pay in for 50/60 years as they will not start paying N.I. until they go to work and when the system started the retirement age for men was 65 and for women it was 60. The retirement age is increasing but it won’t be 50 years working for some time yet. They are the worst paid pensioners in the world because the system needed fundamental reform decades ago and politicians have continually kicked the can down the road for the next generation to fix as paying more is not a vote winning policy. All politicians lie and promise everyone everything for free, paid for by someone else.

The funding will be targeted at businesses supporting the green economy, and marginalised groups including women and veterans. It builds on £12.8bn in support the UK has already given Ukraine, including £7.8bn of military assistance and ongoing energy infrastructure support. Another £20 billion black hole created . Glad we are improving Ukranian energy infrastructure support , not like ours is ****ed .
You seem to be incapable of making sense. Socialists paid nothing to bail out the capitalist banks that Gordon Brown failed to regulate because he was too busy spending the tax that they were generating. The part nationalising of the banks was done with more funny money that went on the National Debt. You are still paying for it now, just as you are paying for Boris Johnson’s Covid pandemic profligacy. The current bunch of Socialist losers seem to think more National Debt for public spending is the cure as the State becomes larger and less affordable. The bond markets do not like the way that we are heading towards uncontrollable National Debt – bankruptcy – so they are charging the government more interest, which has to be paid with taxpayers’ money. Rachel from Accounts will spend more on debt interest this year than the education budget.
Okie doke. Let’s try another way. Maybe you guys are being hoodwinked and the reason you pay more tax than the rest of the UK is to offset your ‘free’ prescriptions.
The fire power industry is a very powerful lobby in America, so Congress will surely give more money to Zelensky to buy some more weapons from them, although they will mostly get the old inventory stuff. Of course The Donald might decide to stop that. We should send Ed Miliband over to Ukraine to start building wind turbines to give them energy security. The wind must blow there all the time there and no foreign power could simply target the wind turbines and leave them with no energy at all. They should stop using their massive oil and gas reserves and we can sell them some electric tanks to fight the Russians.
I answered but I'll go into more detail. When countries choose socialism the USA violently coup them: Guatemala (1954) Government Overthrown: Jacobo Árbenz Details: Árbenz was a democratically elected president who implemented land reforms targeting the United Fruit Company, a U.S.-based corporation. The CIA orchestrated a coup (Operation PBSUCCESS) to overthrow him, fearing his policies were leaning toward socialism and communism. The coup led to decades of military rule and civil conflict. 2. Iran (1953) Government Overthrown: Mohammad Mossadegh Details: Mossadegh was not a socialist but implemented policies that aligned with nationalistic and redistributive goals, including the nationalization of Iran's oil industry. The CIA and British intelligence carried out Operation Ajax, removing Mossadegh in favor of the Shah, who aligned with Western interests. 3. Congo (1961) Government Overthrown: Patrice Lumumba Details: Lumumba, Congo's first prime minister after independence, pursued policies of economic independence and sought support from the Soviet Union. The U.S. supported his removal and eventual assassination by forces backed by Belgian and U.S. interests. 4. Brazil (1964) Government Overthrown: João Goulart Details: Goulart implemented land reforms and other policies that were seen as leftist. The U.S. supported a military coup to remove him, ushering in a military dictatorship that lasted two decades. 5. Chile (1973) Government Overthrown: Salvador Allende Details: Allende was a democratically elected socialist president who nationalized industries and implemented agrarian reform. The CIA supported a military coup led by General Augusto Pinochet, resulting in Allende's death and a brutal dictatorship. 6. Indonesia (1965–66) Government Overthrown: Sukarno Details: Sukarno was a left-leaning nationalist who balanced support between communist and non-communist factions. The U.S. backed General Suharto, who led a coup and oversaw mass killings of suspected communists, resulting in Sukarno's ousting. 7. Grenada (1983) Government Overthrown: Maurice Bishop Details: Bishop, a Marxist-Leninist, led Grenada's New Jewel Movement. The U.S. invaded Grenada under the pretext of restoring democracy and countering Cuban influence, effectively ending the socialist experiment. 8. Honduras (2009) Government Overthrown: Manuel Zelaya Details: Zelaya was not a socialist but pursued left-leaning policies and aligned with Venezuela's Hugo Chávez. His removal in a coup had indirect U.S. support through its inaction and relationships with coup leaders.
Dunno buddy If you start called yourself GREAT Britain to the lowley brown scum you've beaten raped and murdered there's a chance some might come over and have a look to see what the fuss was about.
