that is what we all believe but a article in the Sheffield star was saying it can be extended at Leicester's discretion one of reason they were very confident they get him yesterday before Nixon story about us topping there bid if he been recalled it should come out in next few hours from Sheffield star yesterday It is understood that there is a deadline for Leicester to make that decision but The Star has been told that that cut-off point can be extended at Leicester’s discretion, which adds further intrigue to the situation. Mark Robins, the newly-appointed Stoke boss, is understandably desperate for Cannon to stay put in Staffordshire but the recent decision to recall teenage striker Nathan Lowe from his successful loan spell at Walsall could certainly be interpreted as a bit of insurance in case Cannon does move elsewhere. "On list..." - Manager addresses future of Sheffield United transfer target amid Stoke City deadline clarity
just listened to Roker report podcast and the thinking is that Le Fee will probably not start on Friday but after watching that and as long as he looks good in training I’d personally start the bugger. that AltEnding video was great as I’ve not really heard a term used for this pause business but it makes perfect sense for what he and Messi does (how the hell are we mentioning a Sunderland player even roughly related to Messi
Unpopular opinion but one I still stand by irregardless of his improvement in recent performances, Neil is the one I’d not be too bothered about losing this month if any of them were to go.
Celtic are always in win now mode so it's hard for them to give young players a chance They'll kick themselves for letting go of Vata and Doak imo - Doak didn't sign a pro deal so was difficult to keep b
I’d be gutted to lose any of our young star midfielders this month. If we go up I’d be more gutted if we lose any.
All about opinions I suppose Neil is the heartbeat of this side and would be a hammer blow to our chances of promotion if he goes. He's a big reason why we are currently 4th in the league and imo we will struggle to go up if he is sold Him and Jobe are a class combo together
As SAFC are now handling our transfers, in and out, so well ... ... the majority of supporters seem much more relaxed about things. The trust is back and that's no mean feat tbh. We're no longer the mugs we once were and clubs seem to respect us whether that's with players coming in and out or loans from clubs looking for a good environment for their players. Loans, in my opinion, will become more difficult. When the majority of our first team squad is fit we're going to struggle to involve our own players. It may be that we actually have to loan players out that, recently, we'd have been desperate to have in the team. Whatever the case I'm pleased to see we're actually interested in playing attractive skilful football and not trying to do a Luton or Sheff Utd and battering our way up to the PL with a team that obviously won't be able to cope.
Dan is so underrated by some of our supporters, it makes me wonder whether they know anything about football. Gives 100% every game, makes chances, breaks up play, and does that Porterfield turn
There's no reason he won't be fit and we'll need some guile to crack their defence. It's clear he hasn't come here to sit on the bench and I think he'll start ... ... our bench will be quite something if things carry on like this.
If I was to hazard an educated guess the fact Stoke or any journalist has said nothing yet pushes me towards the he’s been recalled and something is happening rather than he’s currently staying at Stoke
It's a jealousy thing IMHO. The local lads (apart from Pickford) always get a hard time from certain elements of the fanbase. Some used to call Jordan Henderson ****e, and Honeyman got pelters on social media.
Yeh , no news isn’t necessarily bad news. If he was staying at Stoke you’d expect them to put something out on twitter saying so, considering the rumours
