Just glad I had noticed KingslandSFC's posts on BBC 606. Very good site, just registered. Might remember me from 606 as RLGB, but as of the beginning of this week it got deleted for no apparent reason. Didn't WUM for ages on any board but he-ho the mods are rubbish on there. Looking forward to lots of football related banter on this site..

Totally agree Kingsland, on 606 I never liked to do it but for example when Pompey fans start doing it, it made my blood boil (of sorts) so I would do it back I'm glad that I have joined a WUM free site. Thanks for the welcome guys
Yeah i agree. Great forum I read 606 for ages but never joined up because of all the WUM's. However this site is excellent

Looks alright. Does anyone know who is hosting the forum? Just that often these forums start off ok, but as soon as a large number want to use them all at the same time (such as Saturday evenings) then they can grind to a halt. Don't really want to start posting only for it quickly to move to a subscription based service in a month or two.
There has been no hint of a subscription based site as it is done through Face-book I don't think there will be. It has had a few hiccups and problems from outside interference but in the main it has been OK. The administrators are MalteseMick and Cyprussyd from what I can gather. It is self moderated our Mod is Kingslandsfc for the Saints board.
Seconded, haven't joined a forum til now but read many - Most other forums are filled with bad blood between fans, what's the point? Friendly intelligent banter is the way forward....
Fortunately we seem to have the 'better' posters from the Pompey and Saints fraternities on here so we can, up to now, enjoy practically WUM-Free football chat, discussion and friendly banter between our sets of supporters. Long may it continue

Its not really , its almost self moderating and of course you have the 'ignore' function and swearing filters so that you can exclude certain posters remarks or articles or whatever, it really is better than 606, I just hope that those still on 606 will come across as well
