Agree. He’s been steady, he’s not been a standout, he’s probably been our best player over the course of the season by virtue of not being absolute pony for at least 50% of the time he’s spent on the pitch unlike every other member of the squad. If we were chasing promotion I would probably be hoping to see Rushworth playing before long (and I’m basing that purely on reputation as today is the only time I’ve seen him play, unless he’s played against us before). But as we’re not I can’t really see the point, we might as well give Pandur the precious game time over the remainder of the season to develop.
Forest’s crazy owner has converted debt to equity on several occasions and has them challenging for the Premier League title under a good manager. I’d compare Acun more to Mel Morris, a man so eager to get them promoted to the Premier League with no patience for long-term development that ultimately left the club in ruin.

Yeah he turned it round, Acun can too. But those first couple of years, they came in spent like crazy and they were a bag of ****, a proper basket case much like us.
And we did dominate them we just. couldn't score ffs. That's the fourth time I said that. On another day we do manage to score some of those chances, but we didn't. The end.
Well hopefully for them he can step up, but no Champ teams showed interest in him in the summer and there had to be a reason for that, hopefully the drop down the league does him good and he comes back into the champ a better player as other players who have needed to drop down have done before.
But on another day we don’t score them, ask Tim. We are in the championship, we have paid millions for some of our players. We allegedly pay some of our players 35k per week. So this good performance you’ve got Fanny gallop about is the least we should expect. The end
