I think we may beat the Rams although it's a game we could easily lose as well. Problem is then we're probably either going to Philly or back to Detroit. Big ask to win at either of those teams.
Play like they did last night and they won’t beat anyone. Darnold looked completely out of his depth and terrified for the whole game, reminded me very much of when he was at the Jets. Missed a couple of easy TDs in the first half with **** throws which would’ve changed the game But yeah they could beat the Rams but they aren’t beating the Lions whenever they play them, so it’s pointless anyway
Yeah I've just finished watching the game. Well, tbh I watched it up until the point where Detroit scored their second TD then just skipped through the rest of it as with the way we played we needed to keep them to a field goal. Didn't see much of the rest but the scoreline may have been a bit harsh. But yeah even though Sam was under pressure, he played poorly even when he had time or managed to escape the pocket. So many high throws. Hopefully it was just a one off bad game. Annoying that we're on Monday. I doubt I'll stay up, so I'll probably just watch it as live on Tuesday.
So next season's opponents have been unofficially revealed. As well as the inter-division games, Vikings have home games against the Eagles, Bengals, Ravens, Commanders and Falcons. Away games against the Cowboys, Giants, Seahawks, Browns, Steelers and Chargers. Tough home schedule but could be worse. Detroit have to go on the road to: Eagles, Commanders, Rams, Bengals, Ravens and Chiefs. If you took out either Commanders or Rams for the Bills, you couldn't handpick a tougher road schedule.
Flores being requested for head coach interviews. Losing him in the off season is probably the worst thing that could happen, so it definitely will
Honestly, I think he's replaceable. It was vital he stayed last offseason as our defence was a mess and we got the free agents in he wanted - AVG, Greenard etc. It will be a blow but Vikings will have a plan in place for when he goes.
Sounds like there will a lot of Vikings fans snapping up tickets. While the circumstances surrounding the change of venue are terrible, sounds like this will effectively be a Vikings home game.
Although given the Vikings have a road game against the Browns next year they could end up back in London.
Possibly. I think the other 3 could all be pretty one sided unfortunately. Hopefully tonight’s will be close
