What’s the problem then? Newcastle used to have an almighty problem. They soon solved that. If they’ve taken the bulk of soil away there shouldn’t be a problem. Unless the soils not settled and is just like a cake mixture wet. But if the grass is growing well enough it should remove any moisture anyway.
