Decent half. Played some nice football when moving it quickly. It’s a l2 team and mixed team, doesn’t really mean anything if we play brilliantly or what not so just enjoy it for what it is. Lovelt break by Nunez and Jota for first goal, brilliant movement and cross from Nunez. Lobely strike from TAA. Morton again looks nice and tidy and happy to make odd forward late run. Rio looking positive. Maybe trying a bit too much but he’s confident to try best a man and they’re doubling up on him. Minutes for Jota and Elliott important. I’d imagine chiesa will come in for Jota at some point to give him a break same with Bradley for TAA and McDonnell for szobo and Nyoni for Rio.

Nice 70 mins for the kid. Second half faded and wasn’t really involved but showed glimpses that he’s confident with the ball at his feet. like any kid decision making and physicality will get better as he ages.
