My father is in his 80s & has health issues & losing his eyesight. I can pick him up in the car take him shopping & visiting family, without children he could end up in a care home & the government would sell his houses to pay the tens of thousands a year to eat slop & have Africans bossing him about . When I take the grandchildren round at Christmas his face lights up & he's a proud grandad . Yuk how very old fashioned.
