You do get the ones who love it too much. There's a beach car park I use regularly and people are always a bit late getting back to their cars because little johnny has shat himself and needs a nappy change, or Granny Mildred takes 6 hours to walk across the sand. Most of the ticket inspectors are sound and give you some leeway. But there's one who is just like the Nazi officer Windy describes.

He sits in his car and waits for people's tickets to run out and on the dot that ****er is there slapping a ticket on the windscreen. Even in the depths of winter when there's 3 cars in the whole car park and some folk chance it, he's there, in the pissing rain and howling wind waiting to pounce.

He probs gets home and has a **** over that.
