well the stats dont lie do they ? Nugent and Beckford are like Lap Dancers. All promise with no real end product.

Beckford does not like it physical hence why Everton let him go. Nugents best days were at Preston North End.

Looks like Waghorn will get a game back at Lesta if he can ever get fit. The Fryatt fee was money well spent by Hull City.

So far this season, the top scorers list looks like this...

    Rickie Lambert
    Ross McCormack
    Darius Henderson
    Matty Fryatt
    Lukas Jutkiewicz
    Charlie Austin
    Grant McCann
    Chris Wood

There's a lot of good strikers in this league at the moment, in addition to those already mentioned there's Cole, Maynard, Sharp, Nugent, Rodriguez, Le Fondre and many more.

Paynter is completely hopeless, I can't believe Brighton took him, though I suspect you might have him back in January, now they've actually seen him play.

I agree he was a great buy for you!

Leicester have a thing of selling quality players cheap eg Fryatt, Max Gradel, Kisnorbo :)

yes indeed. that was my point. Fryatt can get 20 - 30 goals a season if he is in the mood and gets the chances.

    as you said...Thanks Leicester.

I dunno about that. I think Fryatt be our top goal scorer with Roko just behind him. Unfortunately i can't see Mclean scoring many and you can forget about Pele Adebola doing owt infront of goal.

I think Fryatt will chip in with a good 10-15 goals this season, unless Barmby brings someone else in and they hit it off instantly. Still 10-15 which is nowt to be sniffed at.

Look, we all went, it was our ground ffs.

Fryatt didn't dive, Fryatt never dives, City never dive.

In the summer when you signed all those players you werw definitely going to win the league, for most of the season while we've been abve you you lot have constantly been telling us your hundreds of excuses as to why you're not top and you would soon be in your rightful position. Now we beat you (and take a look at the stats, we ****ing hammered you) and you're still at it, what would it take for you lot to admit there are better teams than you?

FFS there is no thinking about it, it was on telly that he took him down!

You might be right that those strikers are better than him, but he hasn't scored many penalties at all. We don't get penalties. I think we've had 3 this calender year and they were all blatant penalties, we get denied a hell of a lot more that should be.

You see, we don't have anyone like Gradel who can just award himself a pen when he fancies one ;)

Just give up, you complete and utter turd. It's blatantly obvious that Fryatt tripped over Bamba's trailing left leg. No penalty. No dive. Moron.

Anyone remember Beckford's assault on the GK a few seasons back and then he thought it was hilarious when asked about it by a TV person at the end of the game. At least we don't have players like that at our club - Leeds and Leicester fans
