Morning All

After a dire first half, Leeds made it look comfortable against there old foes Millwall, and were unlucky not to get 3 or 4, but a good win nonetheless, and a fitting tribute to the Speed family who were in attendance at Fortress Elland Road. Hope the injuries to Howson and Brown are not too serious and are back this week.

Southampton, West Ham and lesta (hahaha) all lost as well just to cap off a good weekend.

Another Leeds match on TV surely, as again we have been drawn away to Arsenal in the cup! Useful revenue coming in to the club, lets hope Ken puts his hands in his pockets...

Morning Elland. Think Leeds v Arsenal might just possibly get trumped for TV by the small matter of Man Sh&tty v Man Ure. Only my opinion mind. That said, I can always arrange a pub crawl after the game, as there's little chance of me being able to get a ticket. They'll quite reasonably be nicked by all our season ticket holders.

Heyho, a good weekend all round for us. Let's hope that now the dust is settling & we get back to normal games, we can keep another clean sheet & beat Watford.

Yeah Elland, Suff Ring if Arsenal turn on the style. That said, the couldn't/didn't when we were a lowly L1 team. So who knows? 451 (or 4231 depending on how you look at it) hopefully with Brown & Clayton anchoring the midfield, RVP having a fractured eyelash meaning he'll miss the match (we can dream), the rest of their team collectively having an off day, we might just have a chance.

Of more concern now that the dust is settling after a difficult week is the need to return to normal bred & butter stuff of 3 pts against Watford. Let's hope Brown & Howson's injuries aren't too serious & they're both available for the game. If they aren't, who plays in CM? Nunez for Howson & Pugh for Brown? Who then takes wide left, Snoddy with Sam playing wide right?

No reason at all YNBK. Its just that one of the televised matches on terestrial is likely to be where there is a potential giant killing involving a genuinely lowly team; a category Leeds no longer fit into having got out of L1. That said and as you & others have pointed out. Arsenal v Leeds does have a certain history to it. Where is Sniffer & his 40 yard... or was it 40 feet header to win in 1970???

There’s a thread out there where Leeds 18 tells you who it is followed by a confession on the same thread! Not to mention you've posted on it!
