don't know why i'm bothering but she doesn't say Gordon brown sent the alleged letter wjich seems fairly obvious anyway as it would come from the Home secretary or the policing minister (if there was one back then ) I'm intrigued about what she said in the bit they cut out .
I am more interested in the fact that this isn't something she actually saw or knows about herself, she is simply citing second hand information from an apparent BBC interview. In that sense her being a former police officer has absolutely no bearing on the information whatsoever, even when she was a police officer she had nothing to do with this, has no inside information, isn't whistleblowing, didn't say anything while an active officer and here is revealing nothing. How is this fresh or interesting information if it was actually broadcast on the ****ing BBC in a live interview?

Just looked up that Sammy Woodhouse, will agree it seems a strange one. Although I think the person that commented on it (Basil the Great) should have quoted and stuck to the text she actually used imho.
