I wonder if McLaughlin will start against Southampton? Not a bad move as it keeps him away from our team
I hope we play our strongest team - Southampton are rock bottom at the moment - we have a real chance to beat them.perhaps he will be one of the few changes to the team...I hope we play a strong team though
‘Attacking midfielder Thomas Woodward has signed his first professional contract with Swansea City.
The 17-year-old has agreed terms through to the summer of 2026, with the deal including an option through to 2027.
Woodward has been with the club since under-nine level, and enjoyed a prolific 2023-24 campaign, scoring 30 goals in all competitions across all age groups.
He has become a regular for the club’s under-21 side this season and the highly-rated teenager will be looking to kick on with his future with the Swans secured.’
Great news - I’ve known his dad for around 30 years when he was a regular at The Gnoll.

If his football career stalls he can always become a singer. Now that wouldn't be " unusual ".![]()

Could well be the case - seems like the cash recently invested by the new ownership team is being kept to cover operating losses?Rumour has it that we get a slice of the Whitaker sale.. Perhaps we are waiting for that cash to make the signings we have been told about.

Unfortunately in real life one cannot spend more than you generate. I think this is the system used by the club hierarchy. The las thing they want is to go in to massive debt. They have off loaded players on loan and Abdulai for a fee clearing the decks I would imagine for some incomings....hopefully.
